Contemporary Villa — Illuminated Screen
A contemporary villa built around a perforated metal screen in an irregular geometric pattern. The facade transforms after sunset, when warm light filters through the perforations and casts shifting shadows across surfaces and ground. Concealed linear lighting beneath the projections separates the volumes and emphasises their horizontality.
Classical Villa — Cream Limestone
A luxury villa clad in cream limestone with ornately carved arches. A curved glazed tower steps forward from the main elevation, breaking the solidity of the stone with reflective transparency. Terraced stone steps lead through dense planting that reinforces privacy and moderates the surrounding microclimate.
Classical Villa — Arched Entrance
A contemporary classical villa organised around a circular tower that forms both the heart of the composition and its entrance. Sand render, white cornices and carved ornamental bands layer the facade, while paired columns mark the entry axis. The stone base and arched openings give the building classical weight and proportion.
Modern Villa — Stone Massing
A two-storey residence built on layered massing and material contrast. Sandstone alternates with horizontally banded render, tied together by terracotta vertical elements that give the facade its rhythm. Projecting canopies break the sun and cast shifting shadows through the day.
