Privacy Policy

This site is the personal digital business card and CV of George Micheal, Architect and AI Product Builder, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is operated personally, not by a company.

When you visit, a minimal set of anonymous usage data is recorded: the page you viewed, which buttons you clicked (for example "save contact"), the language you were viewing in, the website that referred you if any, your browser and device type, your approximate country, region and city, the date and time, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser.

Your IP address is never stored. It is used momentarily by the server to estimate your approximate location and to limit abuse, then discarded. No name, email address, phone number or account is collected from visitors. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics services, and no data is ever sold, rented or shared for marketing.

The only purpose is to understand how the card is used — how many people open it, which sections interest them, and whether it works on their devices — so it can be improved. The legal basis is legitimate interest in operating and improving a personal professional page, processed in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR.

One cookie is used, named gm-lang, which remembers whether you prefer Arabic or English. Your browser's local storage holds a random visitor identifier and, if you choose to opt out, a flag recording that choice. No cookie is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Usage data is stored in a Supabase database, and the site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. These providers process the data only to deliver the service. No one else has access.

Usage data is kept for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted. Analytics data collected before 31 July 2026 has already been archived away from the live system.

You may request access to any data relating to you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Because the data is anonymous and holds no name or contact details, identifying your specific records may require the visitor identifier stored in your browser. Requests are answered within 30 days.
